"The staff is super friendly. Rooms weren’t bad, my only true complaint was the sink had a clog and was slow to drain which kept the sink dirty. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t even feel my husband move around. I can’t say I’m a fan of the TV system they have going on. But we were still able to watch tv and it’s not something that would sway our minds to come back.
Guests really need to be mindful of room doors. We had neighbors that just let their doors slam closed early in the morning and it’s so disruptive and disrespectful. We also had a dog constantly barking across from us. You could tell the owner was doing something to it as it would help quite a bit. Just know other guests can hear you, even if you think you’re being quiet. "

"Everything about our stay was top notch. The rooms are beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. We had a water view which was great because the weather was not! The pools and spas were FABULOUS! The fitness center was so clean and had something for everyone. We are hoping to spend more time there next winter."
