"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"We liked everything about our stay here. Nanni is a terrific host, helpful, funny and always trying to make your stay more enjoyable. Great location with terrace for breakfast and sitting and enjoying the view. Church bells add to the ambience. Calm, peaceful, restful. Good exercise climbing the stairs to the sights!"

Seeing all the beautiful decoration in the formal rooms, learning of the history and having a beautiful room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and then we got to wake up for a fabulous breakfast with local cheeses, freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt and delicious pastries to choose from.
