"Only stayed 1 night but the room was comfortable and ideally suited opposite the train station. There was a queue when I arrived at check-in but I just went back later. Lots of nice pubs nearby for food and an easy walk to the main shopping area."

"Really great hotel! Friendly staff, great rooms with thoughtful amenities and great location. Our room had a great view of the river and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. We ate at the Gino restaurant on site which was great. All staff members were so friendly and welcoming. "Honestly for the price this room was brilliant, noise from the bar wasn’t bad - the walls are quite thin though so you can hear people in the corridor loudly. Only thing I’d say which needs sorting is the stench coming from the plumbing. We had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire time because it stank so bad.
