"Clear curtains were very dirty at the bottom in room 415. The carpet in the whole 4th floor has ripples and looks to have been damaged. Due to the carpet issue the door to the room was very hard to open - had there been an emergency not sure we would have been able to get out swiftly . Room was very clean , roomy and clean .Staff was very friendly and did a great job with the volume that was going thru for the concert. No time to enjoy the amenities but would definitely stay here again 9/10 recommend !"
