"The staff and location of this hotel were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. It felt like there was no insulation for a noise barrier. The toilets were constantly flushing and we could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbor. The maids coming through with their carts were super loud too. We barely slept either night we stayed."

"Outstanding place to stay. Incredible views. Nice trails on top of cliffs and down to the cove. Breakfast good and rooms are very clean."

"Clean, spacious room with beautiful view. Balcony was a decent size space. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bedding was comfortable, bed was decent. Added another night with an upgraded room. View was breathtaking and even more spacious. Amazing walkway path to beach and plenty of sitting areas around property to watch ocean and sunset. Highly recommend this place if don’t want to be around the busy part of pier area. Only 15 min walk on beach to pier."

"Gaining access to the room was easy- especially the flexible option of arriving after hours and using the app to open the door. I honestly had no human interaction to get into the space and upon exiting at the end of the trip. I didn’t see housekeeping but noticed the towels had been replaced and toilet paper roll. HOWEVER. Here is where I don’t like leaving a bad review, but it must be known that I had requested -on the notepad given to write on for the housekeeping team- that there was a...

"Hotel did the job, great price and ease of use, simple good, did the job for a night’s sleep, place was clean and tv was very up to date and nice, previous guest even left it signed into Netflix so got free Netflix watch before sleep. Checked in at midnight and checked out exactly at 11am very fast service and help when needed. Very friendly staff, within walking distance of all of Pismo, no need to be driving around Pismo, it's all walkable, parking was good and accessible."

"This place was good for the price. The staff from what I saw was one person doing everything this young man needs help. He had a very friendly attitude and was hard working. My only complaint was there was no outlets by the bed and the TV in my room wouldn't work on our second night there."
