"The room was fair, just as shown in the images, but nothing that takes your breath away. There was some dust in nooks and crannies.
You get what you pay for. No additional toiletries, no slippers nor robes. However they provide all the necessary kitchen supplies and a hairdryer."

"I really enjoyed Velle Storiche Pisa - fairly simple room, but spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location in a nice residential district, very close to a railway station and the Campo dei Miracoli. After-hours check in process sounded a little complicated but worked perfectly. The included breakfast was good by Italian standards. Only drawback was that the air conditioning was limited to 18 degrees, which is too hot. Best thing was the enthusiastic and welcoming staff."

"Wir hatten ein Studio gebucht. In der Beschreibung auf Expedia wird nicht angegeben, dass es keine Terrasse gibt und das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße liegt. Auch am Pool wurde einem kein direkter Sonnenschirm zugewiesen. Das Studio selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und hat einen schönen Garten und großen Pool. Das Hotel liegt nahe des Hafens von Livorno und es ist nicht die schönste Gegend. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man auch zu den schöneren Ecken der Toskana fahren....

"I had an amazing stay at Palazzo Tucci. We were only in Lucca one night, and I was thrilled to be staying where we were staying! The property itself is unbelievable and the pictures don't do it justice! The room itself was clean, huge, and had a spacious bathroom. One of the most insane places to see, I almost wanted to spend more time there than out in the actual city! Impressive decor and art all through the different rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and has a large window for early and late...
