Clean room. Though shower area was too small, the shower curtain sticks to your back while having shower. The concierge who welcomed was not so friendly, she was somewhat preoccupied when we arrived. Amazing shower pressure/heat. Walking distance to most of Pisa and quick/short distance from the airport. Staff very helpful on check in, room clean and liked the option to order everything to the room via the hotel site
