Great location for the tower , the room was clean and well presented and the air con was really efficient given it was the attic room. Shower was powerful for a top floor room however the shower head needs some attention. Overall a great stay x

The staff were really lovely at this hotel. We stayed in a triple ground floor room which was a bit tired looking. Could benefit from a bit of updating. The common area/bar was very small. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and leaning tower.

One of the best experiences we’ve had, with truly amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay, and the two receptionists were always available, greeted us with great attitudes, and responded promptly to all of our questions and needs. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.

Staff (all ladies) were extremely polite and helpful. Good included breakfast with hot & cold choices. Beds very comfortable and clean. "Double Executive Room with two dbl/queen beds and balcony" - second bedroom, through a doorway, was very small, furniture very old, wonky tap in bathroom. Clever photography misleading regarding room sizes. No fly/mosquito screens on windows so unable to open them OR use the balcony as the Mosquitos were very active. Windows not double glazed so traffic noise as on a main road - use ear plugs. Very convenient for the leaning tower etc and a local railway station. Not a 4 star by UK standards, more like 2 to 3. We managed for 3 nights but rather disappointing given our expectations from the description and Photographs.

Our room was lovely and air conditioned but there was a hook closure missing on one of the doors to the balcony. Also there were some ants coming in off the balcony too. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine but the hairdryer doesn’t work very well. Overall it was a lovely hotel and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was very clean & staff helpful & pleasant. Good selection at breakfast & able to eat in or outside. Villa is an old building with charming character but bear in mind would not suit all as no lift and stairs in all areas . Good location for Pisa tower even a view from our window. I would recommend this hotel really enjoyed our stay

Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Room was clean but the shower had some mold smell and needed a bleach clean. Parking was onsite as advertised and spacious but the access is very narrow, not advisable for wider cars. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely return, very close to all the attractions and the hotel gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Staff very helpful, special mention to Serene. Very polite & very helpful with ordering us an early morning taxis to airport & with emails on eta for check in. Room ready early. Considering the age & type of the property it was a very nice stay. A nice buffet breakfast outside in the warm Tuscan sun. Nice terrace outside (front) to relax, have a drink & chill. Very close to Tower, cathedral places to eat.
