Staff were amazing, AC was set to 28 degrees minimum and room was very hot. Had dinner at the hotel which was amazing as in the surroundings there weren’t any restaurants open .

Lovely resort and accommodation, excellent breakfast and rooftop bistro / bar is wonderful. Staff were friendly and made a real fuss of our little boy, particularly Alessandro, Deni and Marika who were all lovely and welcoming. A few minor maintenance issues and rooms weren’t cleaned every single day due to scheduling (generally cleaned between 2 - 4pm but this is often the hottest part of the day so often wanted to cool off after lunch) but very little to complain about overall. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Toscana Charme Resort not worth the rating

This was a family holiday with 5 adults staying in 3 Superior rooms for a week, they were far from Superior and nothing like what was advertised on the website. They were small and cramped. This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, its far from that I have to say, I would rate it a 4*. The location is very quite and only a few restaurants in walking distance. Great base location for touring around.

For the resort its self it was gorgeous and well worthy of the five stars it has, both pools are amazing, however the one thing the area lacked was food places as within a 20 minute walk there was one restaurant going one way and the other one was 5 minute walk away but they both didn’t offer much selection

Overall really satisfied with our stay, we do not eat fish or sea food so our food experience wasn’t the best. Few restaurants close by. Hotel was good, fresh breakfast and nice staff BUT our hotel smelled cigarette and like an ash tray multiple times. We contacted the reception to complain but didn’t get any particular help. The smell came from the vent in the bathroom so probably from some other room

Great for a beach getaway

The hotel was lovely was great for a few days. It was spacious for three friends. The beach is just a few minutes walk and would absolutely recommend this place if all you want to do is be on the beach. The biggest let down was the neighbourhood- it feels abandoned and derelict with many abandoned and boarded up buildings. There’s not much around at all. We were lucky to have a car but if you didn’t have your own car it would be a real struggle to try and get anywhere. Closest restaurant is 20 minute walk which is fine but it wasn’t the best restaurant either. If you want a fun thriving area, don’t book here, if you want a beach holiday and are fine to stay in one place, you’ll have a great time!

My worst hotel experience ever!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Checking time was at 16:00, the rooms were ready by 16:30, airco didn’t work - they had to fix the problem after our arrival. The beach doesn’t belong to the hotel, very expensive and you can get some space 100 m away from the sea (after checking in at 16:30 you pay for your space at the beach full-day price and beach closes at 19:00). Poor breakfast, no any service at all. Parking is also overpriced. Checkout time is 10:00, swimming are open also from 10:00. Enjoy!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and nice pool area.

Good hotel, free upgrade of room. Beach chair was 6eur a bed. Hotel is outside of town so a car is nice. 10eur a night for parking.
