This is not a hotel it is a guest house very clean very close to the tower 30 minutes walking from train station it was quite we stayed one night it was ok for the price we paid

Nice and clean property however very difficult to get a response from staff. No instructions how to enter the building either. Water in the shower was cold.

Nice room and convenient to the Pisa Tower

This is not an actual hotel, is a room on a city building, the room is very clean and comfortable with everything you need, it’s very close to the Pisa Tower and easy to access by bus from the station. I would recommend. The check in was made by the proprietary, but strict to the check in time, we arrive a little earlier and had to wait, was not an issue, but maybe should be informed ok the site that check in is in person and it’s not a hotel reception.

Pisa stay

Overall very clean newly refurbished rooms, unfortunately there is only one bathroom / shower area to be shared by all guests. Potentially you could have eight to ten people accessing the bathroom facilities. There appears to be four different rooms on the floor. If you are staying here you have to phone ahead to arrange the handover of the keys as there isn’t anyone on-site

Close to the Tower

Lovely location- very close to the tower - 5 minute walk - and all of the restaurants, cafes etc. air conditioning wasn’t working but was fixed within hours by the owners. Very nice accommodation.

Better explanation of how keys and elevator work.

While the location is perfect. There were not instructions about front gate entrance to the building ; which it did not work properly - because key has a trick to open . Otherwise , it will not open. We had to wait for a while with small kids outside. The elevator not always work , so I had to go down stairs 3 floors with 3 lugage. There was not soap or shampoo. The wall plugs in bathroom area did not work. Nice view of the tower from the hotel and walking distance a plus. Better explanation of how keys and elevator work

All you get is a room in an appartment

This place is just an apartment where three rooms are changed in rooms to let. Significantly overpriced for what is offered. Reached late in the evening and got lost. No door or other signs to indicate presence in an otherwise deserted road. The room booking indicates that breakfast is included, but in fact no breakfast was offered. The landlady told parking in the street was safe, but all reviews indicated that area was dangerous and actually many cars were broken into. Negative experience in overall. Could make sense only for lovers of adventure turism and for less than half of the price it was actually offered.

Lo único si es como puntualizar que no es como tal un hotel, es una habitación de un departamento y la chica te recibe y todo pero te quedas completamente solo, si algo pasa solo por what no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar al momento, de lo demás todo muy bien cómodo y cerca la lo atractivo

Très bonne chambre

Très bonne chambre, tout est neuf et propre. La personne s’est arrangée pour être là pour notre arrivée. En plus, la chambre est juste à côté du centre-ville historique. Juste faire attention le parking payant à côté est vraiment très cher et ne propose pas de prix à la journée.

Väldigt nära centrum

Hade kontakt med boendet via Whatsapp, jättesmidigt. Supertrevlig mamma och dotter. Helt förvånad över hur fint rum och toalett och hur extremt rent det var. AC, minikyl och hårtork. Jag gillade sängen och kuddarna. Man är i princip 1 minut från centrum. Vi skulle lätt kunna komma hit igen. Det finns 4 rum, man delar köket. Vi hade första rummet till höger. Allt ligger på 3. Våning med hiss.

Complica llamar a responsable

Esta bien ubicado el edificio, lo que no me agradó es que al dueño se le debe notificar la reservación por teléfono y como extranjero no se cuenta en ocasiones con teléfono celular local, lo que complica la comunicación, nosotros tuvimos que pedirle el favor y el teléfono al vecino del negocio de a lado, que aunque fue muy amable, no es grato pedir esas cosas. Llegó el dueño a acomodar algunas cosas de la habitación y a terminar de alistarla. Fuera de eso el lugar está bien situado muy cerca de la Torre de pisa.
