"Best Western was a no-frills experience. Everything was okay, but not great. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was coffee in the lobby. Main complaints were renovations on the property upon arrival so it was noisy and busy. The front desk attendant was also on the phone with what sounded like corporate upon arrival as well, which caused a wait of around 10-15 minutes. Not the end of the worth, only a minor complaint. "Property clean and location was good for everything I"

"We stayed here for one night while traveling with the family. The location is convenient and easy to access from the road. The rooms were clean enough and quiet, which was our main priority for getting some rest. Check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. As for the breakfast, it was a standard hotel spread—nothing fancy, just the basics, but enough to get us started in the morning. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're passing through the area."

"As soon as I stepped into the room, there was a strong, disgusting mold-like smell. The hallway was also hot, and this was the first hotel I’ve ever been in with such a strong moldy odor. It was so bad that cigarette smell would have been better."

"a nice place to stay, they’re still doing some renovations. The only issue was an intoxicated male was beating down his room door to get in at 5am, I guess he listened his card key and the person he was expecting to let him in didn’t. That woke everyone up on the hall. I was sleeping good up until then."

"We have stayed at this hotel over the last 5 or 6 years while visiting our grandchildren and I'd have to say right now don't go! The entire property is under renovation which is fine but they're still putting people in rooms that are frankly disgusting they have mold in the bathrooms mold in the vents broken down barely you know good Furniture the box springs look stained there was stuff under the beds it smelled we had to change rooms the odor was so bad probably cuz of the mold no hot water...

"The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator."

"Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end"
