"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

"We stayed at Homewood Suites for a long weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely welcoming, not just polite, but actually helpful and kind. Our room was spotless, which made it feel less like a hotel and more like a comfortable home away from home. And free parking was the cherry on top, no hidden fees, no stress. We’ll definitely be back."

"The room was clean bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great the lady that was handling the breakfast was on point she kept everything warm and available she did an excellent job. Food was good egg sausage and pancakes."

"The property and staff were great. My only issue had to do with breakfast. It wasn’t very good or appealing. I get managing costs but that breakfast should not be advertised as an amenity. The selection was poor and not very appealing. I skipped breakfast on my 2nd day. Other than the food is was a great stay."

"I was very happy with the staff, room etc. My only concern was that there was only one person to take orders, get food prepared and taken out to guests on the evening just prior to big concert next door. Poor lady was very stressed, but handled it as best she could. The length of time to place our order, and get our food was well over an hour and a half. That caused stress for guests trying to get something to eat before the concert. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn."

"We were not pleased with this hotel; there was construction going on that we might have overlooked during our booking. The front counter staff were not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered when asked questions and during checking in and out. The gym was unavailable as it was being used as a storage room during renovation. The pool was not heated and was not well taken care of. On a better note, the self-served breakfast was very well organized, and with staff that cared about us."
