"My family stayed for a total of 3 nights. Upon arrival we originally booked a one bedroom suite that we didn’t receive. We were told that other guest had came to upgrade their rooms before we arrived. We did not receive the suite and had to end up purchasing another room to accommodate our family. "Staff was kind and welcoming. I would say that was the only good part of our stay. Although upon check-in, nobody checked my ID. We stayed on the third floor. There was a commotion of someone trying to kick in a door, screaming yelling and fighting, and then the cops showed up. This caused my daughter to cry and become very scared.
