"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"

"The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant at the property is really good. As a solo traveller, the room was perfect size. My only complaint is that the property is pretty old and you can easily hear people walking in the hallway, talking, people around you turning on hairdryers, etc. so be aware if you are sensitive to noise. The stay was great otherwise and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff!"

It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"
