Nice clean apartment at a fair price.The name had changed to Union hotel,but we got no correspondence from expedia regarding change.we only found registration because we stopped to ask every block trying to findMosel Alpin* not Union)we went into a pizza place to ask for help and that was check in place.Entrance was down an alley into a musty hallway with curved stairs that we had to shcelp our luggage 3 dangerous flights of stairs,no help from desk at pizzaria.No Elevator!,then to leave we let out luggage slide down the curved stairs,killer!

Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows.

Great location but inconvenient to reach with luggage due to limited parking. The drain of the wash basin was basically plugged up.

The price was right it feels a lot like a motel 6. Not as cute as the pics. Also, they sent me the incorrect address for check-in. It was happenstance that the woman who would check me in was on the street smoking at the time I was trying to locate the check-in office.

I understand not being able to check in early, but they should at least be able to store a backpack for a few hours. This is a tourist area after all with alot of travelers. Didn't seem very eager to try and accommodate you.

The Hotel was really hard to find as there is no sign with the name of the hotel we booked. No one answerd the phone. When we at last found it and managed to check in there were no bed linens in one of the beds and we couldn’t get hold of anyone so our daughter had to sleep without any sheets.

Zu teuer für das was man bekommt.

War sehr teuer. Und dafür kein Frühstück, kein Parkplatz und kein Zimmerservice. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man auf altmodische Hotels steht und man gut zu Fuß ist. Wir mussten mit unserem Gepäck vom Hotel 10 Minuten zum Auto gehen.

Die Unterkunft ist echt herunter gekommen. Der einzige große Pluspunkt ist die Lage, wirklich mittendrin. Ansonsten leider verdreckt, Spinnweben in fast allen Ecken, Kalkablagerung an den Wasserhähnen. Für zwei Fernsehen eine Fernbedienung, aber Fernseher und Radio funktionierten nicht.

Die Unterkunft war nicht gestaubsaugt, sodass der Boden sehr dreckig war (tote Spinne, viel Staub, ...). Zudem war die Matratze der Schlafcouch durch gelegen. Das WLAN-Passwort funktionierte nicht. Zudem hat sich der Fettgeruch der Gastronomie im Erdgeschoss in der Wohnung gesammelt.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft wegen der Aussicht auf dem Foto gebucht. Vor Ort angekommen, stand wir vor verschlossenen Türen. Nach langem suchen und Fragen haben wir herausgefunden, die Schlüsseln in einem anderen Hotel abholen müssen. Schlüssel abgeholt und dann ging die Suche weiter, Zugang zum Gebäude war nicht einfach zu finden. Gebäude ist direkt neben einem Restaurant und ganze Flur roch wie eine Küche. Sauber war oka, das Bett sehr schlecht und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Bei genauen zuhören, könnte man die Konversation der anderen Gäste gut verstehen. Ausblick nicht wie auf dem Foto zum Burg sondern nur zum Fluss.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Mosel. Leider war der Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert und im Zimmer hingen mehrere riesengroße Spinnen von der Decke. An sich war die Unterkunft sauber, hatte aber schon einige unschöne Flecken an den Wänden von getöteten Insekten und auch von einem Feuchtigkeitsschaden. Im Hausflur hat es sehr stark nach Bratfett gerochen, vermutlich bedingt durch das darunter liegende Schnitzelhaus. Für den Preis hätten wir uns dann doch einen etwas höherwertigeren Zustand gewünscht. Das Appartement bräuchte mal einen neuen Anstrich und die (Spinnen)weben, die sich von außen an und um das Fenster sammeln, sollten regelmäßig entfernt werden. Die Empfangsdame an der Rezeption war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück konnte man für 12,99€/Tag dazubuchen und es war in Ordnung. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, allerdings sollte man für die wirklich guten vorher reservieren. Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es einen Infoflyer, wir hatten aber Glück und konnten in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft kostenlos parken.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Cochem ist zu Fuss zu erkunden. Leider gibt es ein Parkproblem. Entweder man zahlt teuer fuers Parken, oder man muss seinen Koffer etwa einen Kilometer zum Hotel ziehen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr teuer, und Fruehstueck nicht inklusive. Man bezahlt hier fuer die Lage direkt an der Mosel. Ausblick aus dem Zimmer sehr schoen. Wie schon andere geschrieben haben, gibt es keinen Aufzug, und der Aufstieg ueber die enge Treppe geht direkt an der Restaurantkueche vorbei, sodass es seltsam riecht und auf der Treppe etwas heruntergekommen ist. Davon merkt man aber im Zimmer selbst nichts mehr. Dieses ist sauber und geraeumig. Die Rezeption ist etwas schwierig zu finden und liegt etwa 200m von der eigentlichen Unterkunft entfernt.

OK mutta en menisi uudestaan

Check in vasta 15.00. Respa eri paikassa kuin itse 'hotelli', joka on ravintolan yläkerrassa. Ei päivittäistä siivousta tai muitakaan normaaleja hotellipalveluita. Hotellihuone vanhahko, mutta siisti. Ei missään nimessä hintansa arvoinen kuitenkaan.

We like the location that’s it. The underneath the placemat on the table was wet, didn’t look like from water because it’s brownish. The cigarette smoke from the restaurant at the lower level goes to the room, so it’s not relaxing to sleep at night. When we arrived, the bathroom smelt with cigarette smoke, which was gone on our 2nd night.
