"I wasn't offered breakfast. Very very disappointing. The room was very clean and spacious. Inconvenient that there are no power points beside the bed, to charge phone. The pillows are way too high. Only suitable for back sleepers. There are no security screens on windows which is a deal breaker for next time. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Staff were ok. "

"Great location but this hotel feels quite dated and needs some maintenance. There is a mouldy smell in the always and the bathroom ceiling looks like it has mould. The room we stayed in needs a new fridge, there were no door racks so we couldn't use it. The apartment next to ours was having work done and it was super noisy, not the relaxing stay we were looking for. There are not enough car parks for the hotel and we had to park on the street."

"The staff was excellent! The location was beautiful along the river and right beside the swimming lagoon and in the walking/biking track. There was even a movie in the park too on the Friday night. A fantastic place to stay."

"I stayed for 6 nights, cleaners never made my bed each day, sheets where changed on the 4th day, floor not vacuumed, toilet not cleaned, dishes not washed, no cutlery in the room to use to eat a meal, towels not replaced each day, dead cockroaches found in the wardrobe. "

"Had to wait for the room to finish being serviced before we could enter - 1/2 hour. No milk in the fridge, had to fetch it myself. the directional blades of the air conditioner were broken and missing. The light fitting over the single bed was missing, just a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bedhead. The catch on the shower door was not sealing and the floor became awash."

"Beautiful big room, renovations happening atm, so a bit chaotic, it will be nice once it's all done and all the kinks worked out, here are a few things that should be noted atm but will probably be rectified over time. No parking available, had to try to get street parking, which is paid parking through weekdays. No hot water in the shower. Renovations happening atm and the paint and glue smell in the foyer and hallways was strong. Renovated room was nice but the floor still felt dusty and had sand grit. The safe locked me out, no big deal, just had to get reception to come up with the key. The aircon dripped constantly behind the bed head."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. The size of the room was great. But the rooms are tired. Need fresh paint. Mold in the grout, and bathroom ceiling. Sink and taps would spray everywhere. And the aircon had so much dust in it that it would fly out of the vent onto the beds. The price is reasonable but not as clean as you would like. "
