"We arrived earlier than expected but they still checked us in. The staff were helpful and overall very friendly. Our only complaint was how loud the air conditioning unit is. The pool was never over crowded, they keep a schedule of the rocket launches, breakfast goes until 10 instead of 9 and the beach is only steps away! Quite a few restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the pier is a must see too. "

"Enough towels for 2 people for 2 days so daily housekeeping was not needed. "

"House keeping service was somewhat lacking. Didn’t show up the last day at all and when they did show up we usually didn’t get enough towels, soap, or shampoo. Overall the hotel/facilities were wonderful. Just a small glitch with mentioned above."
