Ho soggiornato in questo hotel aspettandomi il livello di comfort e di servizio che una struttura a quattro stelle dovrebbe garantire, ma purtroppo la realtà è stata ben diversa. Venerdì mattina, alla colazione, non era presente alcun membro del personale in sala: il buffet era completamente incustodito, il latte usciva da una macchinetta automatica con prodotto ricostituito e gli ospiti dovevano prepararsi tutto da soli, come in una mensa. "This is a lovely boutique hotel that is newly renovated to take advantage of the unique caves in Matera. There is a beautiful view over the gorge. We spent 3 nights here and the lovely owner spent time with us each day curating a perfect itinerary for seeing Matera. There was free parking nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s about a 10 min walk into the main part of town, but it’s nice to be on the edge with the view and it’s super quiet. "
