La cattiva gestione dell’appartamento purtroppo ha influito in maniera negativa sulla mia vacanza nel residence. Il personale che gestiscono l’immobile in cui ho soggiornato, vivono lontani dalla struttura stessa, non sono stati in grado di dare un pronto sostegno quando c’è ne stato bisogno. "Tutto fantastico! Le villette sono bellissime,la famiglia Selvaggi è veramente accogliente . In particolare ringrazio il Signor Felice che con la sua pazienza e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico Lo consiglio sia per la vicinanza a Matera, sia per rilassarsi in spiaggia o esplorare zone vicine! Ottimo ristorante in loco, comodità per il parcheggio e struttura con numerosi confort per famiglie Grazie ancora!"

"IL residence si trova nella pineta non vicino alla spiaggia se non si vuole attraversare pericolosamente i binari del treno. Ho trascorso due settimane. Niente WiFi (scusa: ho cambiato gestore! Proprio durante la stagione turistica?) Per tappetini al bagno i cenci per lavare i pavimenti. Sul balcone sdraio con le basi fradice sul punto di rompersi e rivoli del condizionatore che allagano il pavimento (l'avevo detto al manutentore ma non l'ha fatto) Ma il fatto più grave è che dal comignolo della...

"Nice hotel to stay in the Center of the old town, clean, spacious room in a cave, friendly staff, great cave pool, nice breakfast but no parking or driving into the old town though, have to park outside of old town in an allocated carpark (€25/day) and need to pay €15 /way for transfer service into the hotel, overall still very good experience staying inside the magical old Matera"

Fantastic hotel

"We had an incredible stay here. The staff were so helpful and very responsive. Damiano is an asset to the hotel. We stayed in the room with a terrace , the terrace is large and had the most wonderful view. We made use of the private spa and massages which was an amazing experience. The hotel is a short walk ( down quite a few steps) from the main part of the old town. Quiet at night but close to all the sites. Would highly recommend. "
