"This property is well situated and is true to the pictures. The room was spacious and well appointed. The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property. "

"This is a really great little hotel. Perfect location, walkable to everything. The manager met us at the ferry and carried our bags up to the hotel( loads of stairs). The breakfast was made to order with many options and was delicious. The staff were all hard working and helpful. The room was smaller but very clean and had a view of the water! Would definitely recommend while staying in Hvar."

"We had a wonderful stay at San Rocco Palace! Our first night was in a ground floor room, which was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The rest of our stay was in a balcony room that was absolute incredible! (It wasn’t available the first night). Amazing views! Breakfast on that balcony each morning was one of the highlights of our stay! The staff was helpful and communication was easy. The magnetic door keys were a bit tricky but one or two tries and you’re good…it’s not rocket...

"We had a wonderful three night stay at Balatura. The hotel is a quick walk from old town but in such a quaint and quiet location. It is a small, family run hotel, which was great for us, as we were able to get quality rest without the noise of neighbors, music, doors slamming, etc. All of the staff was extremely kind and weren’t overbearing. "My husband and I stayed here for a week in July and we had an incredible time. We booked the room with the balcony, which has an incredible view, and Tony was very helpful with carrying our bags up the stairs, providing restaurant and coffee shop recommendations, and with organising our room cleans. The accommodation is also in the heart of Split, so you have easy access to the palace, the marina, and the main market - we'd definitely stay again!"
