We took a lake side view room but the draw back was we were given parking behind the unit and we had to climb few stairs and walk around the unit to reach, even though there were couple of empty spots in front. And we had to carry our baby stroller etc thru that every time. For non lake view ones the parking were next to the stay. Good place otherwise."

"This a nice facility in a great location for exploring the Adirondacks. The property is clean. The staff is attentive. I have two concerns about this hotel. 1. There is some deferred maintenance that requires attention. One example is flooring that is uneven and cracked. 2. The shower is small. They use a shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure or shower door . Once the water is turned on the shower curtain is sucked inward coming into contact with you while you shower. I really don’t like that - especially considering how much the room is charged at per night."

It was clean, comfortable, and we were thrilled, but there was flooring instead of a rug.
