"The pillows do not smell good and are also uncomfortable, the rooms do not stink but do not smell good either, that is the hotel as such neither in the corridors nor the rooms smell good. On the beach I do not understand being an expensive hotel does not include the umbrella service. Otherwise everything is fine in the hotel, the staff is very nice and the service is good. "

"The staff that was on the property were great. Even with a language barrier, they went above and beyond to help. The property is very clean. Housekeeping staff work very hard. The phone in our room didn't work, so I was unable to dial "0" for assistance. The check-in process is weird. That should be noted when people are making reservation."

I also called the “front desk” for info after reading they have “someone on duty 24 hours” and got the same foreign kiosk person which I guess is fine and I did get y questions answered it just feels very cheap and impersonal. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar."
