"Did not stay tried to cancel. Run down, renovations being done. Front door didn’t close, kitchen and pool were closed! Dirty. 3 people canceled at the same time!!!"

"The rooms are very dated, the carpet in our room had multiple large stains and the moulding around the door was screwed on with multiple screw heads sticking out.
We had no hand soap and had to use the shower gel bottles from the shower.
Multiple times we asked to have someone’s left behind articles removed from our room, it never happened.
The fitness room is a couple machine in an empty hotel room, with carpet and absolutely no airflow or windows - We very politely asked if we could use the room at 6:30 am, it opens at seven, and we were told no - which just seems silly.
Breakfast was decent and fresh, breads and some yogurt with rotating eggs, ham, sausage and potato’s."
