"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. A woman there slowly gave me towels. Adding to the ambience, a poster on the entry reminds...

"I had no complaints about the room although one the first 2 nights i didn’t know how to work the AC what was a killer without it but once a cleaner showed me how it works it was fine The staff were probably the best part of the stay I didn’t drive I got a uber all the time (what were crazy fast at picking up And i didn’t really use the kitchen but maybe a cup but that’s it But I got what I paid for with stay"

"Upon our arrival we were greeted by the front desk and provided with our room key in a courteous manner. The room was well appointed and clean. Breakfast offerings were satisfactory and staff was friendly. We enjoyed our brief stay."

"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to."

The distance to Hull and the beach and restaurants was close proximity! What was disappointing was the size of the shower stall, my husband who has a handicap, was difficult for him because it was so small. With the massive size of the room and the high walk in closet, a walk in shower would be a great addition! We always stay at bed and breakfasts...
