"This is an overpriced two star hotel that is extremely dated. Linens and towels and toilet paper the cheapest and poorest quality. Would never stay here again Not what I expect from best western chain"

"Breakfast was fantastic. The gym area was pretty standard for hotels. Rating 4 stars because the key cards demagnetized every day. It's an inconvenience if you're in a rush or have kids or carrying bags. We were warned about the key cards at check in, so we were aware this could happen. The rooms are not turned down daily. "My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"This was a horrible hotel. My husband and I were literally scared to be in our room. The people in the room next to us were screaming until 3:00a.m., banging doors, tv blasting we thought at one point they were breaking into our room. Our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk, we were afraid to leave our room. We requested a smoke free room and the entire hotel smelled of smoke and was not clean. "My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room."
