"Very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom/shower. It’s in a great location. Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage "

"If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!"

"Our stay was excellent at Maison Roma piazza di Spagna. The location is tucked away in a side street between Piazza Del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Its a charming street dotted with art galleries and interesting shops. The staff was exceptional! The breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful! Our whole experience was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend it! No complaints! "
