"Le persone fanno la differenza. Ed il gentilissimo e professionale Luca l'ha fatta. Ho prenotato una notte presso questa struttura ma per un disguido tecnico del sito la mia prenotazione non è andata a buon fine anche se mi era arrivata la conferma. Luca si è preso carico del mio problema ed invece di rispondermi di non potermi aiutare e di rivolgermi al supporto tecnico del sito (come spesso mi è capitato in altri hotel) mi ha trovato una stanza in un altro hotel di livello. Persone così...

"Rooms modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is in public spot right next to hotel so remove valuables from car. "

Il b&b è situato in una zona comodissima per raggiungere la mia sede di lavoro, in quanto a pulizia e privacy nulla da recriminare, ma soprattutto una nota degna di lode va alla gentilezza, che non è da tutti. Non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare, qualora tornassi a Brescia per un breve periodo. Grazie! "

"The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again."
