"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"

The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

Couple of small things that made us downgrade from excellent: the bath and shower combination is very obsolete and not user friendly. Also, we were unable to fully close the curtains to filter out street lights. But it was the staff that really made this place shine. "The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely."

"The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here."
