"The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean. The rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Loved the variety of choices. The pool, the fitness room and a computer area were available for use. Parking area was secured for guest only not the public. I plan to return. I recommend this hotel for staying. 👍❣️"

"Our stay started off extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked and the waterfront room we had reserved months in advance was no longer available. Instead of honoring our reservation or offering a comparable solution, we were told we could stay in a non-waterfront room for the same price. Paying full price for a room that lacked the main feature we specifically booked is completely unacceptable.
Overbooking should not become the guest’s problem,...

"The room was clean enough. The carpet could use a little steam cleaning? Lots of water marks. My booking said there would be a coffee maker in the room but there wasnt one. "Be prepared to pay $45 for valet parking otherwise you’ll be paying some serious money to park in a parking deck. There is no parking lot at this hotel so you pay additional money for parking. This hotel is located in Downtown Baltimore. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Few blocks from the Inner Harbor, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best(I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels)."

"The hotel is in a good downtown location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and other areas, and the room was clean. However, the building is older and could benefit from more maintenance and updates.
Several amenities listed on the hotel’s website were not actually available during our stay. For example, there was no blow dryer in the room, even though it was advertised. I recommend updating the website so guests have accurate expectations before booking.

"It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The hotel was nice. However , there was stains on the bed we did not create and the phone in the room did not work. We had little bit of trouble with the lights, but not too much. Also the picture the hotel used for the pool was false advertisement to me. Overall 7/10 experience."
