"Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. "Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. "We had a beautiful stay in one of the cottages. The large jetted tub was wonderful! And, the beds and linens were super comfy. The cottage was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice stay! "

"We booked this stay specifically for the water park and proximity to the national park. We were happy with the proximity to the park and the room matched description. Unfortunately room smelled like marijuana through the stay. It is is not clearly stated but the waterpark is NOT included. It would have cost our family $130. It was a small waterpark and we chose not to spend this amount of money for what was offered. We did attempt to visit the outdoor pool which was nicely heated. The pool snack...
