"The hotel was fine and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears to be an older property so the rooms are on the small side and had few plugs for electronics. Also, the water pressure in the shower was light, but adequate. The breakfast was very, very well set up. Well organized tables with more selections than perhaps any hotel I have ever stayed at. We did not take advantage on dinner onsite, but I looked at the menu, and it had numerous and varied selections. Had we dinner there, I don’t think we would have been disappointed. "

Between the manicured gardens, the peaceful atmosphere, and the quiet location, it was the ideal romantic retreat for my wife and me. "It was such a treat to be able to wander through the beautiful gardens. Dinner was fabulous at their fancier restaurant. I did not do any of the spa services. However, I did enjoy the sauna, steam room, and soaking tub that was available. The room itself was lovely and well maintained. The art itself makes for a very interesting backdrop, there’s always something new to look at. A bit colorful, but fun."
