"This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. "We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina.
