Clean & Close Apartment Hotel to City Center

Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over whatsapp was 100%. We saw reviews about the smell from the balcony, but the apartment is located where all the restaurants are so it was an oversight. Overall the place was clean and perfect for a quick trip to sardinia :)

A Wonderful Villa located in the Heart

We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to Cagliari

Davvero ottima, sopratutto in una buona posizione rispetto al centro della città. Riesce a dare la giusta intimità e relax che si va cercando da queste tipologie di struttura. Ben curata e pulita. Buon livello di sicurezza e riservatezza. Unica cosa, il costo è leggermente alto per una sola notte.

El apartamento esta bien situado y bastante bien equipado,el inconveniente almenos para mi mujer y yo fueron los ruidos que se oyen a casi todas horas,las ventanas son muy viejas en su totalidad por lo que pasa un ruido bastante considerable atraves de ellas,la peor la de la habitación que justo da a un cielo abierto donde hay una pequeñita terraza y un grandisimo montaje de extracción de unos restaurantes situados justo abajo del apartamento lo que genera ruidos y olores que dan justo a la ventana de la habitación en fin no es un sitio recomendable si lo que quieres es pasar unos dias relajados,encuanto al trato del casero era correcto asta que al tercer dia al no poder descansar bien le comentamos que si tenia otra propiedad por la zona ya que aqui nosotros no podiamos descansar y claro esta le ofrecimos pagar lo que fuese de diferencia y su respuesta fue bastante clara :nos comento que no tenia otra propiedad (cosa logica y comprensible)pero lo bueno llego cuando el señor nos dijo que nunca a nadie le molestaban los ruidos y que la unica solución que tenia era que fueramos a comprar tapones y que apartir de nuestra queja pondria tapones entre los accesorios del apartamento cosa que no me gusto nada ya que en ningun momento se le falto al respeto y se itentó por nuestra parte hacer las cosas bien bueno acabando asi la conversación pues decidi alquilar otro a pocos metros muy centrico y sin ningun ruido avisando al propietario que nos ibamos,ni contesto el wasap .

Due giorni a Cagliari

Trovato per caso sul sito, l'appartamento si è rilevato ottimo. Dotato di tutti i confort, situato in posizione strategica (vicino la stazione, ma perfetto anche per visitare la città storica) in una strada pedonale molto viva la sera. Appartamento silenzioso e molto pulito. Aria condizionata efficace e wifi ottimo. Anche check-in e check-out facilissimi e veloci, in autonomia. Consiglio a tutti.
