"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a very well-maintained hotel in a perfect location. The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful (loved the included mimosas!). The hotel’s restaurant was very good (we ate there for dinner 3 times; easy to get a table and delicious food after long days). Special shout out to Paola at the restaurant-so friendly, lively … she really made us feel so welcome. The only current downside is that hotel’s shuttle is out of service. "Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay....

"Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."

"Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, eher in einem Industriegebiet. Dennoch sehr ruhig, gute Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto rasch in Ascona oder Locarno. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsolide ohne grossen Schnickschnack.
