They not even providing linen napkins in bathrooms. Only 2 big towels are available for use. Lifts are 2 slow. Cleaning must be imrove. Breakfasts are good variety.

It’s terrible because they can’t speak English and coominication is very hard. I have to wait for the manager to explain myself because I have problem. There is no microwave and plates to use. I don’t think that hotel is terrible nothing in there! Don’t want to come back there.

Ok.

It a nice hotel but the area sucks. Their food is awful. No service at the pool. The amount of motor bikes reving their engines at all hours of the night. I got mo sleep.. the staff was awesome very friendly but they need to speak more english.

budget friendly hotel

Good hotel close to OTop Market. Night markets close. Roof to pool doesn’t offer much shade but it’s a nice pool. Self serve laundry is cheap, 80Baht and detergent and softener provide. Decent breakfast . Beach is about a 18 minute walk.

The attitude of the staff are poor! They are not helpful at all! I broke a glass and asked them to replace for me at night. They didn’t respond even if I asked for three more times. In the next morning, a new glass came together with a 40b bill. Nobody say anything to you but a bill on the table. One more thing which is very ridiculous is that they fold the towels on the floor right beside the elevator. That’s the towels that all the guests use everyday. Is it a joke? I will not stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!

I found the air conditioning fans in the alleyway outside my balcony door extremely loud causing a lack of sleep ! also the white Silicon sealant in the shower was covered with black mould

Hôtel très bien et très bien située.

Acceuil : personnel de l'accueil pas compétent et qui parle très mal et comprennent l'anglais et surtout ils sont toujours accrocher à leur téléphone. Chambre : grande chambre, lit très confortable, très propre, climatisation au top, ménage fait tout les jours, frigo avec bouteilles d'eau remplie tout les jours, et les femmes de chambre qui sont compétentes et très souriante. Petit déjeuner : building 2 grand restaurant pour prendre son petit déjeuner, le staff est sympa, beaucoup de choix : œufs, omelettes, œufs brouillés, fruits, ect... Piscine : building 1 et 2 pas beaucoup de transat mais piscines très propres. Quartier : très calme et la sécurité qui fait des rondes tout le temps. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Firstly, we had roaches in our first room. We told the staff, to which they moved us to the room next door. It also had roaches.. they where in the bathroom all of the ceilings and almost every corner of the room. I have tons of photos and videos of this. We complained once again and they finally moved us to the main building. This brings me to my second point. When you book this hotel, they do not tell you that there is more then one building. The main building has all the main amenities. This isn’t a big deal to be honest. But it is one one of the buildings is full of roaches..

L'albergo ha una clientela all'80% di indiani, seguono una buona presenza di russi e pochi europei o americani. L'hotel è da evitare assolutamente, il livello di maleducazione degli indiani è avvilente. La struttura stessa offre una colazione a scelta tra una specie di colazione internazionale carente degli elementi base (mancano ad esempio bacon, miele, biscotti, affettati e formaggi...c'è lo sciroppo d'acero ma mancano i pancake, che senso ha?) o una colazione indiana, che con tutto rispetto non ci si aspetta decisamente di trovare in Thaliandia e a gusto, fa abbastanza schifo come cibo per la colazione. L'assenza della colazione thailandese è comunque una enorme delusione. L'hotel non dispone di un vero ristorante ma di un bar dove è possibile ordinare tra 8 piatti nel caso si voglia mangiare in hotel, tanto vale non offrire proprio il servizio di ristorazione. Assurdo il divieto di portare cibo o bevande in camera, quando invece è consentito mangiare il cibo dell'hotel in stanza e bere le bibite del frigo bar (a pagamento ovviamente). Il personale è cortese e disponibile, come ci si aspetta che sia in Thailandia, le camere sono gradevoli anche se la pulizia si limita agli spazi a vista, dietro la porta d'ingresso ad esempio penso fossero mesi che nessuno pulisse visto quello che c'era. In un hotel a 4Stelle ci si aspetterebbe anche quanto meno una sedia in camera e un paio di sedie sul balconcino, ma non sono date in dotazione. Assente anche l'asciugamano per il viso.
