"Great location for a family beach vacation. While the place is busy, there is space between large extensive pool and beach for families, couples to relax. Khem Beach is stunning. Buffet breakfast extensive, Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms can be a little noisy at times, but it’s a family focused hotel so if you are looking for a tranquil location away from noisy children, then this may not be the location for you. Would stay here again"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Vinpearl wonderworld. As soon as you drive to the lobby we were amazed with how beautiful and grand the place was. After check in we were driven to our villa by buggy. It’s a big resort so we needed to call buggy service to restaurant, beach club etc. We loved our 4 bedroom villa, it was absolutely beautiful. There was a free bus service to Grandworld, Vinwonders and Safari. Breakfast was amazing! And the beach is so clean and lots of spot for photos. The service is great too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. "

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa expecting exceptional service and holiday as it was one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel. To be honest the stay was good overall. The accommodation is a bit older but is well maintained. The staff at the hotel were mostly good to amazing. The staff tried to help, but most could not speak English or any of the other languages we speak. I used the Vietnamese to English phone apps that are free to use. It was usually manageable, and many of the staff were truly trying to help. The room service and cleaning staff did an exceptional job, there was never anything to complain about, and they were amazing. The kitchen and breakfast, options have hardly any vegetarian or vegan options unless you want to use the salad bar to make your own sandwiches. As our group was all vegetarian or vegan this made it a bit of a challenge. Most days there were 2-3 good vegetarian options at breakfast. We did speak to kitchen management and they were able to accommodate us after the first a couple of days of our 8 day stay. They even packed us breakfast on the last day of our stay which was a really nice touch. Outside the hotel there was an undercurrent of tourists not being wanted, or not welcome, which I found surprising because it is a town fully dependent on tourism. Booking outings with the staff from hotel is probably the best way to go. "
