"The wifi worked well, and the kitchen had adequate supplies. There was laundry detergent provided for the washer. The view was spectacular. That said, the apartment was not as depicted in the photos, and we received a darker, more run-down room. There was no gym and the host was unresponsive throughout the stay. The space was not cleaned well."

"The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."
