"We were disappointed that when we booked the Holiday Inn for 2 mights and came back 2 days later to stay, that it wasn't the same hotel. Expedia had booked us at a different Holiday Inn farther from our destination. We had understood that it would be the same location we had been at before. We didn't appreciate the extra driving after a long day.
