Great Wolf Lodge Arizona
We checked in early, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 30 minutes after 4pm. We reserved an outdoor cabana only to discover the outside pool was closed. After walking back to the front desk and waiting in line for 30 minutes, they replaced it with an indoor cabana for an extra fee. Not a great ...

Revival Scottsdale Studios
The hotel is under renovation. nuff said. The staff could be nicer and more forgiving about the situation, but they act like everything is normal and it is always this bad. Based on observation of the breakfast area we ate elsewhere.
