"On day one , my Initial impression… I was very pleased with check-in. Staff was very pleasant. Poolside service was great . Special shout out to Lexie , Nate and April . Unfortunately, on day 2 , I had an unpleasant interaction with a server named Joshua at The Falls. To make matters worse we experienced a leak in our room from the ac unit . Maintenance came out twice in an attempt to resolve the issue."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Kimpton in Scottsdale! The pool was beautiful and quickly became our favorite place to relax. The food was excellent—everything we tried was delicious, and the service was great throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do while visiting Scottsdale. The resort had a fun, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Scottsdale getaway! ☀️🌴🍹"

Our room was a suite, so the living area was separate from the bedroom. It was an ideal setup for our group. The proximity to sites and access to highways made our stay even better."
