"A charming small boutique hotel with a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and the à la carte breakfast is fresh and very good. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center. The bed is quite firm, and the shower could be improved, as water pressure and temperature regulation are not always consistent. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks."

"Amazing experience. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Bed was firm but very comfortable and had great pillows. Note that the shower and bath area did not have a door, but toilet and sink do. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and spa services were great. The pool was beautiful and grounds were like a garden. Complimentary Tuk into pub street in the evening was a great perk. Would highly recommend!"

I booked 3 bungalows for my family and they upgraded us to the private bungalows where each bungalow has its own swimming pool.. it’s a tropical paradise inside the city. Staff were friendly and polite. All together a great team.. this will be my go to place when I visit again."

"Hotel in quiet area a little outside Siem Reap centre, so away from the mass tourism, which we appreciated a lot. Fresh food market just outside the hotel, with all you could think off. The pool is big, our family room was very big and it was all nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and we could rent small motorbikes at the hotel at the same price as offered in Sieam Reap centre. "

"We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban Retreat. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 people in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group with quiet rooms. The pool was excellent, an oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the night market, old market, great food. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Siem Reap."
