Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. "I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need.
