"Staff was great. Terrible room..probably worst room there. View of the pumps of pool and it was loud at times. Nice room inside. Front desk guy who checked us in could have been more welcoming and friendly. Romeo...the gentleman who took our bags and was very helpful with giving us some insight on our hotel. Other then that I enjoyed our stay. "

"Breakfast was by far great and the star. Lots to choose from although my daughter had undercooked pancakes 3 days in a row. We ended up eating out 3 nights as they couldnt get us in to the restaurants before 9pm (which kids are done by then) as well as we were after full days in the sun- felt odd since there was hardly anyone in there and its so fast of service. i feel like we spent an absurd amount of money for buffet food which was our only option. I also had emailed trying to make reservation’s prior and no one responded- rooms were cool and kept tidy everyday by housekeeping and location is great other then waking up at 6am to put our towels out under the palms which were not that shady. We also payed for a deluxe ocean and you could barely see the ocean. It was mine and my husbands second time(17years ago) and my kids 1st. We loved the location but for the price and the fact we ended up eating out from the lack of availability we spent to much to want to stay again as well as it needs some serious maintence(missing tiles all over the pool and little Shade on beach. The booze was not great either. Would be nice to be able to purchase better quality liquor. staff was friendly and overall we felt very safe which is a great. "

"Loved everything about the Radisson Blu. Location was perfect, not beachfront but close enough without paying beach front prices. Shuttle to & from the beach every half hour. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Adult rooftop infinity pool is amazing along with the views. Staff was wonderful and our favorite part were the complimentary workshops. We attended 3 of them and they were so much fun. Definitely will stay there again."

"Great location and gorgeous beach, however the resort lacks amenities. No sports bar, no activities room (e.g. pool tables, foosball tables, shuffleboard). Also the hallway carpeting is old and dirty and they use a strong chemical detergent to try to mask the smell. Food at restaurants very good however they have to start using a reservation system instead of having people start lining up before 6:00 to enter the restaurants. The STAFF absolutely fantastic across all areas."

"This was really an amazing unit! The penthouse had its own driveway and elevator. The master suite and wrap around balcony were real treats."

"This place is an absolute dump. No running hot water at the bathroom sink faucet, no it water at the kitchen sink and water pressure so low in the shower it will not rinse off soap. We left the facility for dinner came home to find an inch of water on the bathroom floor and at the end of the beds. There were flying ants all over and sugar ants on the beds. The pool supposedly closes at 10pm. Not the case. There were a group of 40-50 folks partying playing loud music drinking until 230 in the morning. I called the main office to complain only to get a voicemail. No support whatsoever. I filed a complaint with the booking agent Expedia. They called these folks and they denied everything and hung up on them, Expedia called back they keep hanging up now. I just filed a complaint with my credit card company. The reviews on Expedia are not accurate. The review I am writing best describes this property. I highly suggest you avoid this property at all costs. It was so bad I tried to check out at 0800 the next morning but no one was at the main office I until after 1000. I suspect these folks were part of the party the night before. "
