The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was amazing and Bucatini Market & Cubans dinner was fantastic. The beach being just across the road was very convenient and picturesque. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and even the families my wife and I saw there we’re having a lovely time.

The resort is beautiful and Eagle Beach is amazing! The only drawbacks are that there are limited dining options around the hotel and there arent a lot of attractions in walking distance.

Beautiful new resort when we visited. Very clean and picturesque. It had just opened, there were a few restaurants ready however we are anxiously awaiting the remaining eateries to open and we plan to visit again.

Great location, convenient to everything. Warm staff. Quiet and peaceful. Restaurants on site. The best beach is across the street with service to bring food and drinks to you. Excellent experience.

This was my first time in Aruba and the hotel was great. Clean, nice staff, very accommodating, and they even upgraded our room with complimentary champagne when my partner told them we were recently engaged. Pools were nice, but the jacuzzi couldve been warmer. Overall, a very pleasant stay 😊

The hotel is pretty new. From room to amenities in the resort, everything is great! For parents with kids, they charge extra for kid stay ( my son only 3 years old) which I don’t see it often at other resorts. And you’ll be charged with service fee besides tax and room price at the beginning ( I didn’t realize it until I went to Hyatt afterwards while comparing the invoices in Expedia app). Overall, the experience was amazing but a little bit pricey given it’s not an all inclusive service.

We paid extra to upgrade to ocean view, but the view is too far and not worth paying extra, we should have kept the partial view instead. The hotel is very clean and the staff are cordial and kind.

What I liked is that it's near Eagle beach, the standard room we had was clean, new and modern, self parking was safe and quiet neighborhood. The minor complaints I had were the Spa amenities are pretty expensive, it would be nice if they lower the prices to reasonable amount to cater to their guests rather than overpricing the Spa. Another thing is the breakfast buffet's costs are a bit pricey for us. Again, please make it reasonable cost that fits the value of the services or qmenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It's a new hotel and the rooms were clean and the maids were very polite, Overpriced!! Hotel drinks very expensive restaurants we're not that good only two restaurants available! The best part was Eagle Beach There's nothing around the hotel it's very secluded it's a very boring Hotel! For a five-star hotel the Texi service representing the hotel was very rude big issue when wanted to go to Palm Beach!! Try to contact management three days ago and no response!! I will never go back to this hotel!!
