"The hotel was overall nice and in a great location. The 2 things that really ruined the stay for me was waiting for the elevators and waiting for my car from valet service. "Property is outdated. They listed room service, but there was no room service. No complimentary coffee/tea station. Bar opened at 5PM and closed at 10PM. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
