Zimmer und Boden wurden während des mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, ebensowenig die Handtücher gewechselt. Betzwäsche und Bad incl. Handtücher waren sauber, ebenso der Gemeinschafts-/ Frühstücksbereich."

"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!"

" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed here for only one night to break up a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Although the rooms decor isn't on trend, it is all still very functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I spent 2 nights there in mid March. Check in and check out were easy and a pleasant experience. The room was a bit dated but comfortable. The location is good, with a 10 minute or so walk into Terrigal shops via the road, or a 5 minute walk along the beach at low tide. I can see why this is a popular place to stay in the warmer months. "
