"Clean n spacious room"

"bed bugs in the bed, called front desk to move rooms they tried to put us in the room right next door. they eventually put us on a different floor. no room upgrade, no refund. no type of compensation for the fact that i have to go home and treat all my stuff for bed bugs after spending $300 for a night. i loved this hotel for years but it seems to have lowered its standards. I will not be returning "

"We had a small dog across the hall from us that would not stop barking ( I’m talking 2 hours straight before we made the first call to front desk) Staff don’t want to move us rooms. We had to forcefully tell them they were moving us before they actually did. "
