"Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious although very loud in the halls. Bathroom and showers were nice and the added tv extra streaming was helpful. Stairs to the front lobby were slippery when wet so something to be aware of. Having the Sheraton right beside with the Starbucks did ease the beginning of each day. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical sausage eggs a few bread and cereal choices. Yogurt and juice. And waffle maker not a huge spread but for the price it’s perfect. The hotel gym is closed permanently and dryer was not working. The hotel is worn out and tired looking but it was ‘clean enough’ I wasn’t expecting much for the price. The bed was a little firm but fine. The bathroom was a little luster with caulking loose around the sink and rust in the bottom of tub but again this was all cosmetic “tired” stuff it was fine with me it fit our budget. I will say the location is perfect easy to walk to many restaurants and a grocery store. Also it was very quite when I was there no issues at night that’s a real plus. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak about that. The elevator is slow so I took the stairs most of the time because I was on the second floor. If I was in the area I would definitely stay again but just have your expectations straight when you stay here it’s a budget friendly and great location with nice staff."

"Noise levels are awful. There is no isolation between rooms. It sounds like there are people in the same room with you. You can hear full phone calls, conversations, burps...it's awful. The hallways smell awful. Sink was backed up and would not drain. Toilet was totally loose not attached to the floor. The staff does there best with a very poor property. "

"I appreciated the fact that the staff were flexible on the check out time for other family members that were not staying a second night. The late check out was helpful for my son and daughter in law with small children - they did not have to leave so early for the Celebration of Life for a close family member."
