"Perfect hotel! (And I rarely say that) Free parking across the street is a bonus for when youโre out all day exploring or at the beach and just want to come back and relax and have dinner later. Walking distance to center of town. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff there to help you with all your needs including the reception, servers, spa attendants, and the maids. The spa was very reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing - try the โpercorsoโ which is a little bit of everything. And last but not least the breakfast was abundant and even varied a little each day. Will return here next time I am in Puglia."

"We loved our unique experience of staying in a trullo, for 4 nights. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, quiet area within easy walking distance to anywhere in Alberobello. The bed was comfy, the small kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was lovely and we loved the small outside patio area. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy, (especially the croissants!!) in a lovely little setting, with friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here, a great experience."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."
