"The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

"Brilliant place to stay. We used it as a stopover for one night. The room was large with air con and nicely decorated. The pool was perfect to cool down in. We had a wine tasting and a wonderful meal in the evening. The included breakfast was basic but suited our needs. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone."

The room was large and well appointed with a lovely table set up for breakfast. It was clean and had everything you need. "Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again."
